We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Luxe Jackets will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@luxejackets.shop so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
